What every guest needs to know

Something comfortable. Most of our folks dress casually. If you look around carefully, you can spy a tie and a sports coat here and there. We believe that God is far more concerned with a person’s heart than their clothes.

We meet at 10:00am for worship each Sunday. We are located at 500 Primos Ave in Folcroft, PA 19032.

When you pull into our driveway help yourself to any open spot. If you have any questions as you approach the building, feel free to ask someone also walking towards the church. You will find our church family excited to guide you along the way. As you approach the building, our children’s ministry is located in the lower floor and the worship center in the upper floor. Upon entering, you will be greeted by several of the members and given a weekly program. Don’t worry, there are NO assigned seats so you can find a seat, settle in, and relax.

Our services are relaxed, and the atmosphere is friendly and comfortable, so our hope is that you will sit back, relax, and enjoy your time with us. We have a small coffee bar available to everyone. Each service includes worship music and an easy to follow message from God’s Word. That is about all that is consistent. The bottom line, we have no idea what Pastor Drew and the Worship Team are going to do next! Each week we take a few minutes to update folks on events and news around the church and take an offering (as our guest, feel no obligation to participate in the offering). On a fairly regular basis, we use video clips to illustrate the message of the day. The pastor’s message will last about thirty minutes. The entire service lasts around 75 minutes.

We have a wonderful children’s ministry that teaches and cares for children before and during the Sunday service. We want children to think of church as a place that is fun, safe, and filled with God’s presence. Kids should learn to experience God at their level, become equipped to pray, and learn to trust in God for themselves. However, you are welcome to bring your children to the worship service if you prefer.

You may leave or stick around for a few minutes of fellowship. Often this time is exciting and resembles a family reunion with plenty of space for new people.

Ask the pastor – he knows everything! Just kidding – ask anyone you see. We are all part of the same family and would enjoy telling you more of the details – just ask.

There are lots of ways! Here are a few practical suggestions . . .
Mingle together: Before and after church, ask some questions.
Play together: Throughout the year, you will hear about a variety of events and activities around the church. There is something for just about everyone. When something comes along that connects with you, jump in and participate. This is a great way to make friends … and you’ll have a great time while you are at it.
Grow together: Small groups are perfect for connecting relationally with others and growing spiritually.
Serve together: Serving shoulder to shoulder with friends is a wonderful way to build relationships while experiencing the excitement making a difference for all eternity. There are many opportunities to serve, both in the church and in the community.
